Terms & Conditions

Our Stands and racks are delivered free and fully assembled to most of the UK “mainland” – excluding some parts of Highland Scotland.  Customers living in the Highlands, Offshore UK and Overseas should contact us before placing their order.

We carefully make, inspect and package all of our Racks & Stands before they leave our workshop. Our Racks are delivered by professional courier usually within 4-5 weeks and our Stands by Royal Mail usually within 2-3 weeks – you will be contacted in advance to confirm this so please check your Spam/Trash folders in case our initial email is automatically redirected!

All our products are sold with a 48-hour approval period enabling you to comfortably evaluate your purchase and determine if it’s right for you. We ask you to please inspect it when it arrives to ensure that its condition is satisfactory. Should you decide to return it to us, please notify us via phone or email within the 48 Hours – we will not discuss any returns after this time. If you are sending the Stand/Rack back to us, you must ensure it is packed to the same standards in which it was received, using all the supplied packaging – you must take reasonable care while the Stand/Rack is in your possession. If it is clear that you have NOT taken reasonable care, this may affect your right to a full refund. Once we are satisfied the Stand/Rack has been returned to us undamaged, we will immediately provide you with a full refund less the cost of its return.

An order can only be accepted when payment has been received. You have up to 24hrs to cancel and receive a full refund, but if you decide to cancel after this, we will only be able to refund you 50% as we will have already started making your Stand/Rack.

Guitar Finish Compatability

We have effectively tested thousands of guitars on our full range of quality cushioned channels however, the scale and variety of finishing lacquers, varnishes and polishes produced and used by guitar manufacturers over many decades, has made it impossible for ANY Stand manufacturer to test all of them. We therefore still advise our customers to consult their guitar’s handbook for any specific information regarding its storage and to just keep a regular check on all contact points between their guitars and ANY make of new guitar stand.
