Our Stands and racks are delivered free and fully assembled to most of the UK “mainland” – excluding some parts of Highland Scotland. Customers living in the Highlands, Offshore UK and Overseas should contact us before placing their order.
An order can only be accepted when payment has been received. You have up to 24hrs to contact us to cancel it and receive a full refund. If you decide to cancel your order after 24hrs, then we may only provide you with a 50% refund as we will have likely begun preparing the materials required for making your Stand/Rack.
We carefully make, inspect and individually package all of our Racks & Stands by hand before they leave our workshop. Our Racks are delivered by professional courier usually within 4-5 weeks and our single Stands by Parcelforce/Royal Mail usually within 2-3 weeks – you will be contacted in advance to confirm our current lead times so please check your Spam/Trash folders in case our initial emails are automatically redirected!
All orders are sold with a 48-hour approval period enabling you to comfortably evaluate your purchase and make sure it has been delivered in a satisfactory condition. Please contact us by phone or email within 48 hours if you discover any damages/problems with your order caused in transit as we will not discuss arranging returns etc after this time.
We have effectively tested thousands of guitars on our range of quality cushioned channels, however, the scale and variety of finishing lacquers, varnishes and polishes produced and used by guitar manufacturers over many decades, has made it impossible for ANY stand manufacturer to claim they have tested all of them.
We therefore still advise our customers consult their guitar owners handbook for any specific information regarding storage and to keep a regular check on all contact points between their guitars and ANY brand of new guitar stand.
