We’re always happy to answer any questions you might have about our Guitar Stands and Racks and are gradually creating a list of FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions) to assist customers here – please feel free to contact us!

When will I receive my order2019-03-26T08:49:48+00:00

Every order is individually made by hand and, on average, is usually ready to leave our workshop:

  • Single floor Guitar Stands – in 2-3 weeks (delivered by Royal Mail/Parcelforce)
  • Multiple Guitar & Case Racks – in 4-5 weeks (delivered by Courier on a pre-arranged date)
  • Double Decker Guitar & Case Racks – 6-8 weeks (delivered by Courier on a pre-arranged date)

Overseas deliveries are managed by our local global shipping agent and discussed with customers prior to departure

How is my multi Guitar/Case Rack delivered?2019-04-02T15:42:13+01:00

If you live on the UK mainland (*excluding some parts of Highland Scotland):

Your Guitar/Case Rack will be delivered free of charge by our professional courier, fully assembled and ready to use straight out of the box – a delivery date will be discussed and agreed with you in advance of your order leaving our workshop.

*If you live in Highland Scotland, please contact us before ordering your rack to check our courier is able to deliver to you.

If you live off the UK mainland, in Europe, USA, Asia or Australasia:

Please contact us in advance before ordering your rack to discuss delivery. Your Guitar/Case Rack will be delivered unassembled via our shipping agent Global We use all the major international delivery companies (DHL, Fedex…) and you will be able to track your rack’s progress after it leaves our workshop.





How do I pay for my Guitar Stand/Rack2022-02-14T17:25:23+00:00

By Telephone – just call 01952 728529 or 07739 356072 and we’ll discuss, confirm and process your order for you.

Should we miss your call, please leave a brief message for us to call (or email) you back.

By Contact Form – provide us with some initial information here and we’ll email (or telephone) you to discuss and confirm your requirements.

Through our secure Website:

Our secure website will not share any of your personal details to outside sources and all your financial information is safely processed directly by PayPal (using an existing account, by opening a new one or with your Credit/Debit Card as a PayPal “Guest” should you prefer) or by using your usual Direct Debit or Credit Card.
